Hair Consultations
During a hair consultation, we’ll have the opportunity to discuss your ideas and the final result you’re looking for. I’ll analyze your hair, considering the health, density and thickness, previous colour, porosity, and other elements needed to book your appointment correctly. I’ll also provide any recommendations needed.
Appointment Only
Please note that I operate by appointment only. I recommend having your hair dry and clean to prepare for your appointment. Ideally, wash your hair the day before your appointment.
Cancellations
I understand that life happens; sometimes, “unexpected” emergencies warrant cancellations. However, I kindly ask that you give me at least 48 hours’ notice if you cannot make your appointment. I’d be happy to reschedule your appointment for the next available date that works for you.
Payments
I accept all types of payments, including AMEX. Please note I don’t always have change when using cash.
Hair Care Tips
I recommend washing your hair every 2-3 days as daily washing can lead to the hair drying out and the scalp overproducing oils, making the hair oily. I also suggest using professional-grade, pH-balanced hair cleansers instead of drugstore and generic shampoo brands. How often you should deep condition depends on the condition of your hair. Regular trims, using professional-grade hair products, and being extra mindful of using a moisturizing leave-in conditioner, oil, and deep conditioning masks on lightened hair or hair that is often coloured are also recommended.
